Our maintenance subscribers will have access to our technical support staff through email at support@agoralabs.com, or via direct telephone contact. The advantage of working with Agora Labs is that you have access to and direct contact with the engineers that actually developed these software components.
Of even greater value is the Agora Labs commitment to track the moving international standards
going forward and update its products accordingly. Maintenance subscribers automatically receive
all point and maintenance releases and are thus assured that their products will be able to support
all the future enhancements to the standards.
