Support is a very important part of working with a technology provider. At Agora Labs, we
believe that the road to success is best paved with the actual success of our customers.
We do everything in our power to insure that our customers can utilize the technology we provide.
This means working very closely with each and every customer to provide them with assistance
in integrating our software components into their applications.
Sometimes this means that we need to go out-of-the-ordinary to provide solutions.
For example: with one video codec customer, we implemented a special border feature in our own video codecs
so that it would allow our customer's application to compensate for another manufacturer's non-standard video codec operation.
The bottom line is that we want our customers
